- piloting the ARMS Quality Framework self-assessment document for Scotland
- the concept of a National Sound Archive which we are exploring in conjunction with the National Library of Scotland
- The initiation and delivery of a Phase 2 Report on the SCAN - Scotland Online Project to develop the Scottish Archives Network (SCAN) to provide a national online catalogue and improve accessibility to Scotland’s archives
- The initiation of Phase 2 of the development of Records Retention Schedules (SCARRS) to deliver guidance to the archival and key record user communities in Scotland
